Sharifa Atkins is a former litigation attorney and talent leader with more than 20 years of experience across talent acquisition, executive recruiting, and hiring strategy. She practiced law for eight years before transitioning into talent acquisition. Her experience as a litigator continues to shape her approach to critical hiring decisions.
Throughout her career she has developed strategic hiring frameworks and helped build high-performing, inclusive teams aligned with business priorities and organizational culture.
